FREE SAMPLES

• Unfortunately, we do not provide complimentary samples. In the event that a customer is offered a sample, a payment for the sample will be required prior to receipt. This payment will be credited towards the total invoice if the order is confirmed. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued for the sample payment if the order is not approved.

• In the event of partial sample approval, the total payment for the samples will not be eligible for reimbursement. For instance, if a shipment of five samples was provided, and only two were approved, the entire amount paid for the samples will not be refunded to the customer.
